The house was completely renovated in 2016 by a renowned Venetian architect with great attention to detail and is a successful mix of classic and modern elements.
The imposing entrance area leads through a historic castle gate into the inner courtyard, where the building extends over three floors.
In the lower area is the first living unit on two levels with two bedrooms and integrated bathrooms.
In the upper area are the high-quality open kitchen (Bulthaup brand) and dining area, as well as the spacious living room.
On the spacious terrace with a view of the lake, a small pool invites you to cool off; here you will also find the large outdoor dining table under a fig tree.
The second unit consists of a remarkable combination of old stone and modern interiors. The modern fitted kitchen and open dining area have a ceiling height of 5 metres. Above is a gallery with another sleeping area. The bathroom is equipped with modern, seamless materials and fits the attractive design. In this unit there is also a beautiful bedroom with a romantic balcony and lake view.
An external staircase leads to the roof terrace, from which there is a breathtaking view of the lake.
In total, the house can accommodate 9 persons (4 bedrooms) and has 5 bathrooms.
In only 5 minutes by car it is possible to reach the famous and exclusive lakeside promenade of Stresa, one of the most exclusive in Italy.
The uniqueness of the property lies in the fusion of tradition and modernity and the breathtaking view of the lake and the enchanting Borromean Islands.
You can drive your car directly in front of the gate and park in one of the free car parks nearby. It is possible to build a car park on the site or rent a permanent parking space. Two electric charging stations are located in the immediate vicinity.
